    I’m trying to create generational change by regularly engaging my students in web conferencing. Wouldn’t it be great to have the tech support promised in the video clip… I guess it will soon be second nature to everyone. Meanwhile, I continue to build my skills, and get my students ready.

    Yes Simon – we haven’t quite reached that stage where video & web conference usage is as widespread as the telephone. (And with as few technical problems!!)
