A recent survey by industry analyst firm, IDC, has found businesses that deploy video conferencing achieve up to 30 per cent increased productivity, 35 per cent improved collaboration, and 75 per cent faster dispute resolution. Based on interviews with a number of high-profile multinationals, the Polycom-sponsored report – entitled “Seeing is Believing: The Value of Video Collaboration” – also details the tangible benefits of video collaboration in sales, recruitment and research/development.
