These tips come from Larry Tracy - “An extraordinarily effective speaker”. Although they are for face-to-face presentations, there is a lot to learn here for videoconference presentations. Larry’s tips are:

Have a specific objective
Know your audience’s problems, needs and concerns
Structure backwards
